In my younger days I used to feel ignored by adults, since I was perceived as a child rather than the young genius I wanted to be acknowledged as being, thus it was logical for me to study communications, and, devise a simple communication algorithm that today still benchmarks many of the administrative processes I have to liaise with. The right sequence for understanding includes listening, inquiring the source of information with adequate respect for any costs arising thereof, speaking to clarify, deciding whether to ignore or take action, and, therefore the simply acronym LASCIA, ought to be listed online.
